6 patients on a tele floor that's supposed to max at 4. One confused and pulling at everything, one fresh post-op, one family member who filmed me because her mom's call light took 9 minutes. Asked for a sitter, told there's none. Asked for the charge to take a patient, charge had 5 of her own.
I filled out the assignment despite objection form. Again. I don't even know who reads those. Does anyone know if those things actually go anywhere or am I just writing a diary for risk management
