Would you take this outpatient job

Need some outside opinions because my husband and I keep going in circles.

Current job: med-surg, 3x12s, nights, about 9 years in, decent pay with night diff, team I genuinely love but staffing is getting worse every month.

Offer: outpatient infusion clinic, M-F 8 to 4:30, no weekends, no holidays. Base is about $6/hr less than what I make now once you factor in the differential. Benefits are slightly better. I'd be the newest person there by a lot and from what I hear the clinic manager is very by-the-book.

The money part scares me but I also haven't had a Christmas off since 2016. My kids are 8 and 11 and I keep thinking I'm running out of years where they actually want me around.

People who left the bedside for clinic jobs, did you regret it or do you wish you'd gone sooner? And did you feel like you lost your skills?
