Four nights in a row because they guilted me into picking up the extra one. I just fell asleep at a red light on the way home. Like actually asleep, woke up to someone honking. I'm fine, nobody got hurt, but I'm shaking a little thinking about it.
And the worst part is I already know I'll say yes next time they text the group chat begging for someone. Because if I don't, it's my coworkers who get 6 patients, not management.
How do you all say no without feeling like you're abandoning your team? Or do you just not?
