Six patients on a tele floor that's supposed to max at four, two of them confused and pulling at lines, and the house sup looked me in the eye and said 'everyone's doing it tonight.' Like that makes it safe. Like that's supposed to make me feel better when something gets missed and it's my license on the line. At what point do we just start refusing assignments?
